- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I like Dr Russell because he is compassionate and knowledgeable with children with challenging health issues (PANS/PANDAS), but I really do not know what to think about his office. It has been impossible to get a referral done. How hard can this be? My therapist are mad at me, because of their incompetence, we have to stop treatments because insurance will not pay unless he signs the referral that we even filled for him. He said he will sign it, but it has been a total of a month or so and nothing. So, if you are going to need his staff, do not even think about it.October 28, 2017by Daphnia Cannon
